David Gubb is one of Bayleys' most experienced and successful agents and Managing Director of the Queenstown business, as well as the Director of The Accommodation Centre.

David has been recognised with the receipt of numerous awards including the prestigious National Commercial and Industrial Salesperson Of The Year Award. He brings significant experience and expertise to the TAC team.

David has been a Queenstown local since January 2014 with his wife and family. His passion for our region, for property and for people are what has set David apart from the rest.
